Refund and Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods are faulty. These rights are in addition to any other rights or remedies you may have under any other law or the returns policy of our business.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as Gift Cards, Downloadable software products, undergarments and swimwear (for hygiene purposes).

Return Costs for Faulty Items:
If your item is faulty, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us at staunchcrab@staunchco.com.au to arrange a return shipping label.

Return Costs for Non-Faulty Items:
For non-faulty returns, a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price may be deducted from your refund. This fee helps us cover the costs of restocking and handling. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund for the goods, shipping costs associated with your original order are non-refundable. All non-faulty returns are assessed individually and you are in no way entitled to a non-faulty item refund.

Return Authorization:
Before sending back your item, please contact us at staunchcrab@staunchco.com.au to obtain a return authorization. This helps us process your return more efficiently.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

REFUNDS

If you wish to request a refund, please email us at staunchcrab@staunchco.com.au

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
